At WickNWink, each candle is hand-poured with care to create a cozy, and mood-setting experience. Your satisfaction means the world to us! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🕯️ Returns

Due to the handmade and often limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return due to damage:

  • Include a clear photo of the product and packaging
  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • Email us at hello@wicknwink.com

We’ll assess the situation and may issue a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong scent or item, we’ll gladly correct the error at no cost to you.

📦 Shipping Issues

WickNWink is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. For delivery concerns, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
